These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of this messaging support tool ("the App"), which consolidates Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct messages sent to our connected Pages into a single inbox for our support team, with optional AI-assisted reply drafting. By messaging one of our Pages or using the App as staff, you agree to these Terms.
The App lets our support staff view and reply to customer messages from Facebook and Instagram in one place, and lets an AI assistant draft or send suggested first replies before a staff member takes over.
Access to the App itself is restricted to authorized staff members of our business. Staff accounts are created and managed by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. Staff are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
The App may only be used to view and respond to messages sent to our own connected Pages, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Commerce Policies. Staff may not use the App to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's policies or applicable law.
Some replies may be drafted or sent automatically by an AI assistant based on instructions we configure. AI-generated responses are provided for convenience and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Staff can disable automatic replies for any conversation and take over manually at any time, and customers can always ask to speak with a human team member.
The App relies on Meta's Messenger and Instagram Messaging APIs and a third-party AI provider to function. Your use of Facebook or Instagram remains subject to Meta's own terms, and these third parties' availability or policies may affect the App's functionality at any time.
The App's software, design, and content (excluding your own messages and the underlying Meta/AI platforms) belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that responses (including AI-generated ones) will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or the messaging service, including reliance on an AI-generated reply.
We may suspend or terminate a staff account's access to the App at any time, particularly for misuse. We may also stop offering the App, or particular features of it, at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state — update this line], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App or continued messaging with us after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to sundar.agrawal1@gmail.com.
