To request deletion, email sundar.agrawal1@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
If you have messaged one of our Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, you have the right to request that we delete the conversation data we hold about you. This applies whether or not you are located somewhere with a specific legal right to deletion (such as under GDPR or CCPA) — we honor these requests for everyone.
Email us (address below) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
To protect your data from being deleted by someone else impersonating you, we may ask you to confirm details that match our records (for example, sending the request from the same name/handle that appears in the conversation) before completing a deletion.
We will locate the conversation associated with your account and permanently delete the stored messages, contact record, and conversation history from our database within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request. We will reply to confirm once this has been done.
Deletion removes the copy of the conversation stored in our own database only — it does not affect your Facebook or Instagram account itself. For your Meta account data, see your Facebook or Instagram settings directly. Where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, for tax or accounting purposes), we will retain the minimum necessary and delete the rest.
